Forward-thinking marketing and PR consultancy, Paparico, now accepts cryptocurrency as a form of payment for its services.
By accepting ‘crypto’, Paparico, known for the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to marketing, continues to position itself as a business that is in touch with emerging industry trends.
“Accepting cryptocurrency payments was a natural step for a business such as ours.” said Paparico Managing Director Paul Townley-Jones.
“In doing so we are taking some risk, however the crypto markets have begun to stabilise somewhat since the bubble burst two years ago, and where did any new businesses get without taking some sort of risk!” said Paul.
The pairing of cryptocurrency and AI fits the marketing technology-focused business well, especially as crypto can be used to pay for services bought overseas with very little fees.
“As a ‘remote working’ business we have associates in countries such as the UAE, Canada, and Serbia to name a few. With cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin we can pay for those services very easily and cheaply using blockchain technology rather than paying the extortionate transfer fees charged by high street banks.” said Paul.
Paparico currently accepts Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and USD Coin (USDC) but will be expanding on this in future.
