Marketing expert Paul Townley-Jones today opens the doors to Paparico, a virtual marketing and PR consultancy made up of a team of specialists working together to improve the client experience and increase ROI. Operating free of the usual space and time restrictions, and overheads, of conventional marketing agencies, Paparico is a full-service consultancy that works flexibly to respond with speed and agility to the demands of contemporary business.
“Clients trust their agency to achieve measurable results, but inefficient process and formality can slow delivery, even limit effectiveness,” says Paul Townley-Jones, Paparico founder and Managing Director. “We want to disrupt conventional marketing and do things differently by stripping the red tape so we can deliver insight-driven creative solutions more efficiently.”
“In Portuguese, Paparico means ‘to pamper’ and it’s our guiding principle. Our structure allows us to dedicate more time to our clients and understanding their brand aspirations, giving them that extra personal care and attention that’s perhaps missing from elsewhere.”
Based on the client’s business goals, Paparico creates a bespoke team from its pool of talented, passionate creatives, project managers and copy writers. This community brings decades of B2B and B2C experience across a range of industries including professional services, food and drink, travel and tourism, health and wellness and more. They have worked with a range of clients from small and medium-sized enterprises to multi-billion-pound corporations.
Paul comes with almost two decades of award-winning experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing and market research. He has worked as a strategic planner at major ad agency networks such as DDB (Omnicom) and Havas, spent time as a Senior Consultant at Blue Latitude, and two years as a Business Director at a Sony-owned digital marketing publisher. Most recently he was Director of Brand Strategy at a fast-growing agency based in Tunbridge Wells before leaving to set up Paparico.
Paparico welcomes new clients to negotiate performance-based contracts so they can see first-hand how better agency-client collaboration yields better return on investment.
